My grandfather used to tell me that when he would go out to take his daily walks that he would always walk with his head down. The master formula is what he used to call it, I never knew what to think of that but I figured out that what he meant was if you are looking you might just find something for free. So the other day while I was walking with my buddy Mr. washboard abs himself, to the vitamin shop which is right around the corner from my house and I was looking down the whole time and I found a fifty dollar bill! Which I know is not a lot of money but to me it was, I understand the benefits of vitamins, but know I understand the benefit of walking with your head down.
